If you are serious about selling quickly, upgrading your listing can significantly increase views.

Yes. Private sellers can post a limited number of free listings. Dealers and businesses can subscribe to dealership packages that allow larger inventory uploads and profile branding.

If you operate a car yard or dealership, we recommend upgrading to a dealer account for maximum exposure.

Absolutely. Simply log in, go to your Dashboard / My Listings, and you can edit details, update the price, upload new photos, or remove the listing at any time.

Keeping your listing updated improves buyer trust and response rates.

Each vehicle listing includes a contact form and, in many cases, a phone number. You can also message sellers directly from your dashboard once logged in.

We encourage clear communication and recommend asking important questions such as:

• Availability for inspection

No, we do not physically inspect vehicles unless part of a paid third-party inspection service.

We strongly recommend:

• Viewing the vehicle in person
• Verifying the logbook
• Confirming NTSA ownership records

Buying a used car is a major decision — take your time and inspect carefully.

Yes. Prices are set by sellers, and negotiation is common in Kenya’s car market. You are free to discuss and agree on a final price directly with the seller.

We support secure payment options including M-Pesa and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure integrations to protect your information.

No. Browsing listings and contacting sellers is completely free. Any money paid for a vehicle goes directly to the seller — not to Cheki. We do not act as a middleman in payments.

Premium listing purchases are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in cases of duplicate payments or verified technical errors.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support immediately for assistance.

You can browse cars for sale in Kenya without registering. However, you need an account to:

• Contact sellers via dashboard
• Save favourite listings
• Manage your ads

Creating an account is free and takes less than two minutes.

Click Register at the top of the page, enter your name, email, and password, or sign up using Google (if available). You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
