  • You will not post offensive, illegal, or harmful material.

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any content without notice.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Listing a vehicle may be free or paid depending on your plan.

  • Premium services (e.g., featured ads, vehicle inspection, promotion) may incur charges.

  • Payments via M-Pesa, Pesapal, or PayPal are processed securely by third parties.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Dealer Accounts

Licensed motor vehicle dealers may register as business users. Dealer accounts may be subject to:

  • Additional verification

  • Different pricing models

  • Listing quotas or renewal limits

We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of all dealers.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms or APIs (such as maps, payment gateways, or social login). Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cheki.co.ke is a platform only. We do not:

  • Verify the ownership or condition of vehicles listed

  • Guarantee successful transactions

  • Take part in negotiations between users
